Thank you for signing up.

Knowing what to practice is crucial. In Coerver Coaching, Ball Mastery is our foundation so a lot of our Coerver Players Club exercises revolve around improving control of the ball.

We have picked two exercises from our Coerver Players Club online site this week for you to get working on your Ball Mastery at home.

Challenge yourself and have fun!

Do 10 of each of the 3 Ball Mastery Moves then go forward and at the end start again. The Moves are Drag Reverse Shuffle, Attacking Toe Taps and Pull Push Step On.
How many times can you complete the circuit in 45 seconds?
Practice each Ball Mastery Move separately by breaking them down into individual step.
Use the Dribble Cut around the cones. Once around and back to the start is one circuit. The Moves are Drag Reverse Shuffle, Attacking Toe Taps and Pull Push Step On.
How many times can you complete the circuit in 45 seconds?
When you stop the ball, make sure it doesn’t roll away.
